Today we have an incredibly simple, but at the same time, very unusual breakfast. Simple because it's toast, but unusual because it's not just toast, but with hard cheese, parmesan and fresh sage.
loaf 4 slices |
hard cheese 50 g |
sage |
vegetable-cream mixture |
grated parmesan 1-2 tsp. |
Step 1
In a skillet, melt the vegetable and butter mixture and fry the fresh sage leaves.
Step 2
Take the leaves out and place two slices of loaf in the pan. Top with cheese slices, sage leaves and cover with another loaf.
Step 3
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top and fry the bread crumbs on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted.
