Ingredients


toast 2 pcs
eggs 2 pcs
vinegar 2 tbsp.
ham 2 slices
salt
SOUCE:
mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
mustard 1 tsp.
lemon juice 1 tsp.
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare poached eggs. To do this, boil water in a saucepan, add vinegar and a little salt. Beat the egg into a shot glass or cup. Stir the water well with a spoon to form a whirlpool, and carefully pour the egg in. After a minute, place on a kitchen towel with a slotted spoon and allow to dry.

Step 2

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and mustard. Dasha likes grainy, but any other kind will do. Add lemon juice and ground black pepper, preferably freshly ground.

Step 3

Place hot toast on a plate, top with slices of ham, then poached eggs and sauce.
